Your body. At ease. Painlessly

massage for your body - in pregnancy and beyond.

prenatal massage

Pregnant bodies are changing daily and aches and pains are common but can be alleviated. My pregnancy massage draws on techniques that help address those discomforts. I also draw on techniques that can help you prepare for labor by helping make space in your body for baby to get into an optimal position.

postpartum massage

Postpartum massage can soothe the tensions new parenting brings and help your body recover from your pregnancy and birth journey. I’m trained in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial techniques, craniosacral therapy and abdominal massage. Using these techniques to find what helps facilitate the deepest and most long lasting release in your body.

other bodywork

For parents, partners and non-pregnant people. I use a variety of techniques that are effective and can be both deep and gentle. From therapeutic massage, reiki and craniosacral therapy. Finding whatever brings the most ease to your body, relieves the most stress and decreases pain and tension.

“Tanya held beautiful space and has truly therapeutic touch.”

“Tanya was so lovely, kind, and responsive. She really listened to my concerns and tailored the massage to my needs. I like strong pressure and she delivered, and checked in frequently to see if I wanted more or less pressure. The space was super pretty and relaxing. All in all a great experience!!”

Helping them prepare physically, mentally and emotionally to move through the journey of birth into early parenthood. She believes it is equally important to nurture and care for women postpartum as they adjust to both the physical and emotional changes of caring for a new baby and healing from pregnancy and birth. Tanya is also a certified birth photographer through Birth Becomes You. She loves capturing this amazing time through photos families can treasure for years to come.
